Parkwest Residents can use the following resources to pay rent, submit a maintenance request or view other policies for Parkwest Apartments.
Pay Rent
Rent payments are accepted via debit or credit card and are posted to your account immediately. You'll receive an email confirming the receipt of your payment.
Request Maintenance
For emergencies requiring immediate attention or after-hours, please call (503) 223-6327 and follow the prompts. If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Parkwest Pet Policy
*Pet must meet the following criteria to be considered for approval.
* Lessee must sign a pet agreement and adhere to the rules and regulations on agreement.
*Our pet policy is limited to two pets per apartment.
*A photo of your pet(s) will be taken upon approval.
Pet Rent: $25 per pet
CAT(s): Spayed/neutered, indoor only. Deposit $400 per pet. Max two (2).
DOG(s): under 40 lbs. only. Deposit $400 per pet. Max two (2).
Fish Tank(s) under 10 gallons do not require a fee, deposit or additional insurance.
Caged Bird(s) will require a deposit of $150 per bird. Max two (2).
Gerbils, Hamsters and Guinea Pigs permitted without a fee, deposit or additional insurance. Max one (1).
Rodents, Rabbits, Ferrets, Reptiles (including caged snakes) are not permitted.
Other pets are not allowed without management’s expressed written approval.
Lessee agrees:
- Lessee must obtain approval from management prior to acquiring a pet. The following have been approved by management at move in:
- Lessee must provide proof of immunization and current required license and keeps such immunization and license current.
- The pet shall be within the control of the pet owner at all times and kept inside the apartment unless otherwise accompanied by the resident. Lessee is required to obey the current Oregon State Lease Laws.
- The pet shall not be allowed to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others.
- Lessee shall not place litter boxes or pet food on patio, deck, entryway, or any area outside of the Lessee’s dwelling unit.
- Lessee agrees to properly dispose of waste.
- Lessee shall immediately notify management if pet inflicts injury to anyone, other pets or in any way damages the premise.
- The pet shall not be replaced with another pet without the written permission of management.
- Lessee agrees to pay any amount due to landlord for damages to the unit or Premises.
- Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold the Lessor harmless from and against any actions, suits, claims and demands, including legal fees, costs and expenses arising from damage or injury to any persons or property caused by pet.
*Lessee understands that any violation of the above agreement will result in removal of the pet and could result in termination of tenancy.
*We treat everyone fairly and follow fair housing guidelines. Please let the manager know if you have a companion/assistance animal.
